testing machine, it adopts the close-loop force sensor to replace the
traditional quality weight, this innovative design makes the instrument
more accurate.
● MAHT-10 Series selection of testing force and dwell time is controlled
and monitored on the front panel, it is automatic during the process of
loading, dwell and unloading.
● MAHT-10 Series adopts digital microscopes with adjustable LED
illuminator, no need the operator to read the detail length of
indentation, it only needs the operator to aim the D1, D2 diameter of
indentation and press the length key twice, then the built-in computer can
computer the Vickers scale.
● MAHT-10 Series equipped with a large LCD screen, the operation is more
directly and clearly.
● MAHT-10 Series doesn’t need the operator to read the diagonal of
indentation and check the Vickers testing table, it improves the testing
speed and accuracy of hardness testing obviously.
● MAHT-10 series hardness conversion among 17 hardness scales, and linking
to PC in RS 232 interface and cable.

Unique Reference Circle Tool This exceptional tool allows indents to be positioned at precise distances from the sample’s edge. The Reference Circle is the ideal tool for irregular or curved samples, where indents need to be at a given distance from the edge. Used as a visual guide in conjunction with the Stage Pattern Window, once a radius is specified, the distance between indents is determined by a Y value that resets every time a field is added to the pattern.

Multidirectional Traverses Thanks to the powerful Clemex Hardness Tester stage control interface, single or multiple traverses/patterns can be rapidly created. Save, copy, or paste traverses/patterns to predefined locations with a simple click of the mouse. The T-Bar tool rotates traverses to any angle to ensure its perpendicularity with the sample edge or to accommodate sample tilt. Up to 99 patterns or traverses can be created, with each traverse comprising up to 32,000 indents.
